Guest Policies
VITALLY IMPORTANT !!!
-Only human waste and toilet paper in the toilets.
-No burning of anything without our staff knowledge.
-No smoking & No cats in our cabins (see Smoking and Pet Policies below).
General Policies -
Check-in time is between 3:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m.
Early check-in may be arranged by contacting us in advance by telephone.
For early check-in not prearranged, a $25.00 expediting fee may be charged.
Check-out time is 11:00 a.m., unless prior arrangements have been approved by our office.
As with early check-in, an unapproved late check-out may incur an expediting fee of $25.00.
We understand that situations may arise causing you to change your plans. Contact us by telephone or email no fewer than 7 days in advance and we will cancel your reservation. Reservations canceled with less than 7 days notice may be charged the full rate; this includes same-day bookings. However, we will attempt to rent your reserved cabin(s). If successful, we will refund the rent for those days booked. No-shows will be charged the full rate. Any cancellations are subject to a $20.00 processing fee per unit, per day.
Holiday reservations and Groups reserving all 10 units (weddings, retreats, reunions, etc.) are charged a 25% non-refundable deposit 30 days in advance. Holiday and Group reservations canceled with less than 30 days notice may be charged the full rate. However, we will attempt to rent your reserved cabin(s) and, if successful, we will refund the rent (less any discounts) for those days booked. If blocking rooms for individuals within a group, once the rooms are individually reserved, that deposit will be returned. If the rooms being held are not booked 30 days prior to the first day reserved, the deposit will not be refunded.
No checks accepted at check-in. Most major credit cards accepted. Cash payments require a credit card on file or $200.00 cash deposit or a copy of your driver’s license and your vehicle registration.
Additional guests over our capacity per unit are not allowed.
One car per unit. Boats are not allowed on our lot.
There is plenty of parking on the street around the perimeter of the facility.
We cater to families with children and people wanting rest and relaxation.
We have strict Quiet Time from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m., in order to assure our guests of a peaceful night’s sleep.
Disruptive guests will be asked to leave.
Smoking Policy -
We are a non-smoking facility. We have one (1) outside smoking area on site for you to smoke.
Smoking in your room will result in a $250.00 cleaning fee.
Pet Policy -
Neutered and spayed Dogs less than 70 lbs are allowed in selected units with additional $20.00 per dog, per night fee and a $200.00 deposit, refundable within 3 days of departure, as long as there are no damages. Larger dogs must be approved in advance and require additional fees. You must let us know at the time your reservation is made that you will be bringing your dog(s). Unauthorized pets will incur a $200.00 fee.
In order to make sure you and your pet(s) have a great stay, we have some policies that must be strictly observed:
1) All dogs must remain on leash while on our property.
2) Dogs are NOT allowed in our pool area.
3) Dogs are NEVER to be left alone in the cabin. If you must leave, please ask about local pet sitters and make arrangements well in advance.
4) If your dog’s barking disturbs other guests, you may be asked to leave, without refund.
5) Dog owners are responsible for picking up after their dog.
6) Dogs are not allowed on furniture, beds or sofas. If your dog likes to sleep on sofas, we ask you to bring blankets to cover the furniture. You will be charged an additional $65 fee for pet hair found on furniture.
7) We recommend that you bring your own towels for dogs with messy paws. Cabin towels are for human guests, only. Dirty towels will be charged to your bill.
Swimming Pool Policy -
Children may be in the swimming pool area only when accompanied by a supervising adult.
Absolutely no glass containers are allowed in the pool area.
Pool hours are from 9:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.

* Visitors of guests must register at front desk when entering property.
* Maid service ($35) – Please let us know in advance if you want this service.
* Current bed tax will be added.
* Rates are subject to change without notice.
* Please add $30.00 for a one-night stay on weekends & holidays.
* Barbecues, pool and play area are for our registered guests only.
• We are a green facility and recycle. Please leave your recyclables in your cabin for us to take care of.
• If you want a cozy-fire in our cabins or to use the Barbecue grills, please ask the manager for instructions.
• You are welcome to access our free wireless internet service. Ask at the office for log in credentials.
• The property managers live on site. Please treat our Lodge as if it were your home.
• We will do everything we can to make your stay with us an enjoyable experience.
• If you have any special requests for your stay, please let us know, and we will do our best to accommodate you.
